3. Consent for Participation

I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the activities organized by the International Models Council (IMC), including but not limited to courses, competitions, and events.

•Competitions and Events: I understand that my child will be participating in IMC competitions and events, which may include public appearances, photoshoots, or performances, and I give my consent for my child’s participation.

•Course Participation: I consent to my child’s participation in educational courses provided by IMC, understanding that the courses are for educational purposes only and may require interaction with IMC instructors or other participants.

4. Media and Intellectual Property Consent

I agree that IMC may use my child’s name, likeness, and any submitted competition or event materials (including photos and videos) for promotional purposes. I grant IMC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use these materials in connection with IMC’s services.

5. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge these risks and agree that IMC, its employees, agents, or partners, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my child’s participation.

6. Liability Waiver

I release IMC from any liability or claims arising from my child’s participation in any IMC activity, including courses, competitions, and events. I understand that IMC is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during these activities.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from my child’s participation in IMC activities shall be resolved under U.S. law.
