1. Ownership of Content

•IMC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the content provided through its website, courses, competitions, memberships, and any other services offered. This includes but is not limited to:

•Educational materials (videos, articles, etc.)

•Marketing materials

•Logos, trademarks, and branding

•Competition content, including submissions

•Digital resources provided to members or participants

2. Use of IMC Content

•By accessing IMC content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

•You may:

•Access and view content on a personal device for your own educational or informational purposes.

•Download materials as explicitly authorized by IMC for personal use.

•You may not:

•Reproduce, distribute, display, or publicly share any IMC content without express written permission from IMC.
