Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of the International Models Council (IMC), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This Membership Agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities as a member and the terms of your membership.

1. Membership Benefits

•As a member of IMC, you will receive access to exclusive content, events, resources, and services tailored to help you grow and develop in the modeling and fashion industries.

•Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to, access to online courses, industry workshops, networking events, discounted competition entry fees, and exclusive resources.

2. Auto-Renewal and Payments

•Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the membership term unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

•Payment Terms: Membership fees are due at the time of registration and on the renewal date for subsequent terms. Payment must be made through the provided payment methods on the IMC website.

•Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, as outlined in the IMC Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your membership, no refunds will be provided for previously paid fees, but future charges will be stopped.

3. Member Responsibilities

•Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials.

•Behavior: As a member, you agree to act respectfully and professionally when interacting with other members, IMC staff, and during IMC events or courses. Any inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

•Compliance: You agree to comply with all IMC policies, rules, and regulations while using the services and participating in events.

4. Membership Termination

•Termination by IMC: IMC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this agreement or misconduct during IMC events.

•Termination by Member: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting IMC at info@internationalmodelscouncil.com. Canceling your membership will stop future payments but will not result in a refund of previously paid fees.

5. Intellectual Property

•All content provided through IMC membership, including but not limited to course materials, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of IMC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content without express permission from IMC.

6. Limitation of Liability

•IMC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in membership activities or the use of membership content and resources. The total liability of IMC, in any event, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the membership in the current term.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

•IMC reserves the right to update or modify this Membership Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the membership following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

•This Membership Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from membership or services provided by IMC will be handled under U.S. laws.
